The range around Syria's northern city of Manbij has turned into a swarmed war zone.
The US and Turkish upheld coalitions are both working in the region, as are Syrian government forces.
This week the US has conveyed 400 extra troops to attempt and keep the peace between Turkish supported Free Syrian Armed force (FSA) battles and US-sponsored Syrian Popularity based Strengths (SDF) - a gathering overwhelmed by Kurdish contenders.
In the mean time, the acceleration in battling is prompting to a philanthropic emergency as the city battles to adapt to an estimated 13,000 Syrians who have fled brutality in encompassing towns.
